What do we do with the paper?

The existing records on paper before deploying Medictyon HPS can be included in the electronic records, just by digitalising them (all or the parts considered relevant).

In this way, with Medictyon HPS, doctors don't go through the uncomfortable and inefficient situation of having to work with medical records on two different supports (paper and screen) in the case of patients whose records on paper existed before the electronic ones.

Medictyon HPS offers the user a viewer for the digitalised paper records with a lot of the functions offered by the medical imaging viewer. Thanks to that viewer, handling this part of the records proves even easier than the original format on paper.
