All data managed by Medictyon HPS is given special attention regarding data protection and confidentiality. It satisfies the highest demands as regards controlling communications, authenticating users, selective access to the contents of a patient record, the integrity and avoiding repudiation of clinical documentation and the dissociation of a patient’s clinical and demographic data (the only product on the market with this capability). It also produces an exhaustive audit report which affects all operations each time the system and each patient’s medical record are accessed.
