Guadalupe Barrueco
Managing Director
Guadalupe Barrueco has more than 15 years' experience in the consultancy service sector related to Information and Communications Technology (ICT). During this time, she has carried out tasks both in consultancy and management in DSS and Reuters Consulting. Since 2001, she has worked as an IT freelance consultant in the health sector. In Medictyon, as well as executive tasks, Guadalupe is responsible for Customer Services.

Ramón Galián
General Director
Ramón Galián joined Medictyon in November 2003, after a long career in Information and Communications Technology, which started in 1982 when he worked at the Bank of Spain. In 1988, he co-founded DSS and was its general manager until 1999, the year in which the company was taken over by Reuters Group and formed part of Reuters Consulting division. Ramón was general manager at Reuters Consulting for Spain and Portugal until October 2003.

Sergio Navarro
Sales Director
Sergio Navarro, with a degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Financial Economics, has developed his career in financial consultancy, first in DSS and later in Reuters Consulting, having participated in several projects in the financial sector. He joined Medictyon in January 2004 and took responsibility for the financial department.

Miguel Martinez
Director Comercial
Miguel Martínez, with a degree in Economics, has developed his career in the ICT consultancy sector during the last twelve years. He was responsible for sales in the area of solutions for Reuters Spain and was Director of Resources at Reuters Consulting for Spain and Portugal. He joined Medictyon at the end of 2003.

Jesús Baquedano
Technical Director
Jesús Baquedano, a doctor of Physics, began his career in 1990 in the Software Development Laboratory at AT&T Bell Laboratories in the USA. In 1993, having returned to Spain, he worked as a software engineer at DSS. When DSS became part of Reuters Group in 1999, he took the post of Operations Director for Reuters Consulting. During that period, he was responsible for a large range of projects for developing software and consultancy and led a team of over one hundred consultants.
